Toronto Biennial
of Art 2024
The Toronto Biennial of Art is a bi-annual, ten-week art event that takes place city-wide exhibiting works commissioned from international and national artists. This year’s theme “Precarious Joys” reflects on how art can amplify poilitical consciousness as well as social and ecological imperatives. Otami Design developed a beautiful font and brand for the 2024 Biennial, playing on the concept of uncertainty and precarity. Working within this identity, I assisted the Biennial with OHO advertising, exhibition didactics, and various signage.
